Beautiful. I, too, have said many things out loud this year that have led to some incredibly loving conversations and some not. Either way, I always find myself glad I said the thing in the end.
I love that you've stepped into your truth and owned it. That's so beautiful. I've never heard that quote from Brene Brown but it's definitely something I needed to hear. Thanks for this! Also, you should totally start a YouTube channel!
Yes, standing in the truth of our own voice, we need it as much as the air we breathe. Lately, I've been finding myself want to actually SAY it out loud, not just write it down, my voice is actually wanting to be heard even by me. It's funny how doing so seems to give it even more truth. I know you have the courage x
Love this, Sasha (I think I say that quite often about your writing), there’s a liberation that comes from verbalising what’s in our heads and needs to be said. And, as others have said, this is a prompt to readers to consider what they want or need to say x
I always found that saying "I'm sorry" seems to be one of the hardest things for many of us to do, especially without following it with an excuse or a reason for our behaviour. I value people so much who can say it, and I'm proud of myself when I say it when I know I could have done better. The scariest things to say, when we finally open our mouths and speak them into existence, then make us feel so strong.
This is such a good prompt to think about the things we might need to say but aren't saying!
THAT. That is so powerful! To find the courage to share our truth. Yes, it can hurt. But it's for our survival :)
Number 5. In all ways - but the biggest shocker to me? Is how difficult it can be to say it to yourself. At least, for me.

I have zero doubt you will find the courage for part 2. ❤️
Every single word. Every single thing you write. Goosebumps ❤️

Feel like we're all pulling up our big girl pants right now...
Spring is reeeeeallly asking something of us, hey. Not to be ignored (even if we're trying to hide!)
Let those words spill Sasha. Medicine for us all ;)
Beautiful Sasha - here for it all! Inspired ✨🪄
Power in putting it out there. Once out there we have no control of it and maybe just that letting go is what we needed.
